Through its biennial Safeskies Conference and other targeted events, Safeskies educates and promotes aviation safety across all sectors of the civil and military aviation industry. Safeskies wanted its brand and website to consistently represent these values across all marketing and communication platforms.
Safeskies wanted their branding to show forward movement and growth within the aviation community. Working with the typographic S-shape, we simplified the symbol shape to its core elements. The abstract shape SS spirals up and forward, ending in a simplified arrow representing all types of aircraft. A clean typeface was chosen to convey the clear and concise communication that is at the core of Safe Skies’ efforts.
Koru Communication then partnered with Grant Design to develop an eye-catching and visual website filled with relevant, informative and up-to-date content. The new website, safeskiesaustralia.org, launched in February 2021 and has since continued to grow in content and traffic to raise awareness of the organisation’s vision and goal for safer skies.
