Description

The name Koru came from the Maori term for New Zealand’s distinctive fern that is often used throughout their cultural artwork. The brief for Koru communication was to create a vivid yet simple brand, using the unique curl and jade colours of the fern to symbolise personalised communication service.

Whether it be a branding for a business, annual reports, books, brochures, promotional products or websites, Duncan enjoys creating something unique and meaningful.

He has worked with a wide range of clients and understands engaging with stakeholders and in managing all elements of projects, from quotations and planning through to working with print or production companies.

Born a South African and raised as an Australian meant growing with a love of wild landscapes and animals that can eat you. Mountain biking, photography and building tree houses/weapons with his sons are some of his other outlets.

Working from South Australia’s beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula, Duncan loves to be inspired by the creativity and colour found in nature every day.
