The simple and clean design of the logo pays respect to the kestrel, a bird of great importance to the business owner, and the colours used reflect the concepts of metal, fire, wood and creating new from old.
The brand has been used throughout the business for signage, clothing and even tags that are stuck onto the metal creations. This evolved into a communications strategy that required a new website to better represent the products and, more importantly, the markets in which they are sold. Being a heavy product, this clear communication was key to the success of the brand development.
More recently, I had the privilege of working with Richard to create a bespoke sculpture for a unique metal design that can hold pots.
